What should I expect during my visit?
Every appointment is customized to your treatment plan and may include multiple services. Your provider will determine the appropriate order of treatments, including timing around numbing, preparation, and treatment-specific considerations, to ensure each service is performed safely and effectively.

Can I have multiple treatments during the same appointment?
Yes, when appropriate, treatments can often be combined or “stacked” during the same visit. Your provider may arrange the order based on factors such as numbing time, treatment area, and how one service may affect another.

Why does the order of my treatments matter?
Certain treatments are best performed before others to avoid interfering with results or unnecessarily irritating the treatment area. For example, when combining a facial with Tox, the facial may be performed first to avoid pressure or manipulation of the treated areas afterward.

How long will I need to recover?
Recovery time varies from person to person and depends on the treatment, the area treated, and how your body responds. While we can provide an average expected recovery period, your individual healing process may be shorter or longer.

When will I see my results?
Results vary by treatment and by individual. Some improvements may be visible immediately, while other treatments develop gradually, with optimal or more noticeable results commonly appearing around 2–4 weeks or longer depending on the service.

Is bruising or swelling normal after treatment?
Some temporary inflammation, swelling, redness, tenderness, or bruising can occur after certain treatments and is generally part of the normal healing process. Your provider will discuss what to expect for your specific treatment and when you should contact us if something does not appear typical.

What are the small marks I may see after treatment?
Depending on your treatment, you may notice small injection or treatment sites, including temporary redness, pinpoint marks, swelling, or bruising. These areas typically heal as your body naturally recovers and the timeline can vary from client to client.

Will I receive after-care instructions?
Yes. Your provider will discuss your specific after-care instructions with you at the time of your appointment, including what to avoid, how to care for the treated area, and what to expect during the healing process.

What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. As a courtesy to our clients and our schedule, cancellation or rescheduling requests should be made at least 3 days before your appointment whenever possible.

Do I need a consultation before booking a treatment?
Not necessarily. Many treatments can be booked directly, while a consultation may be recommended when your provider needs additional information to determine the most appropriate treatment plan. If you're unsure where to start, a Consultation Only appointment is a great way to discuss your goals and options before committing to treatment.

Can I book a consultation without getting treatment?
Absolutely. A Consultation Only appointment gives you dedicated time with your provider to discuss your goals, concerns, treatment options, and a personalized plan before deciding how you'd like to proceed.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes. We accept traditional payment methods as well as third-party financing options, including Cherry, CareCredit, and Afterpay. Approval, terms, and payment options are determined by the individual financing provider.
